Cloud and infrastructure engineering for business-critical environments.
Microsoft Cloud, Identity & Endpoint
Microsoft environments often grow across identity, devices, collaboration, security and legacy systems at different speeds. Hopp Solutions helps organizations align Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender and hybrid infrastructure into a clearer and more manageable operating model.
Capabilities
Tenant review, authentication methods, MFA, Conditional Access, group and role design, guest access and privileged-access considerations.
Review and support synchronization, identity source, domain dependencies and transition planning.
Enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment and device lifecycle.
Review relevant endpoint, identity and Microsoft 365 protection configuration within the available licensing and responsibility model.
Administrative roles, external access, data lifecycle, ownership and operational procedures.
Veeam or other approved protection architecture for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams data.
Export, normalization and documentation of users, devices, compliance and ownership data where required.
How we work
01
Assess
Review licensing, tenant configuration, identity sources, devices, roles, policies and operational ownership.
02
Design
Define the target policy, access, enrollment, security and support model.
03
Implement
Apply approved changes in controlled stages with testing and rollback considerations.
04
Document
Record the final configuration, ownership, exceptions and recurring operational tasks.
Identity and endpoint projects can involve user, device and security data. Access must use named accounts, least privilege and MFA. Where Hopp processes personal data on the client's behalf, the role, instructions, retention and technical and organizational measures are documented in the applicable agreement.
Yes. A read-only assessment can produce findings and a remediation roadmap before implementation access is granted.

Yes, where the platform supports appropriate federation, SAML, OIDC or related integration. The work includes access design, test and fallback considerations.
The core service focuses on infrastructure, identity, endpoint configuration and operational engineering. End-user help desk can be coordinated separately but is not implied.
